About JETSET

The JETSET project is a scientific endeavor to understand relativistic jets in their numerous manifestations across a wide range of astronomical objects. A sizeable grant was entrusted by the European Research Council for a five-year period as of the Fall 2021 to a group of researchers to investigate this question around the principal investigator Prof. Luciano Rezzolla. The hosting institution for the project is the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt-am-Main (Germany), where Rezzolla and collaborators have developed the necessary tools to address this topic over the years.
